ATTENTION HOME SCHOOL FAMILIES

All class work must be completed and returned by July 27, 2017 in order to receive credit for the 2016/1017 religious education year and move on to the next grade level.

 

 

Religious Education Registration for the upcoming 2017-2018 year is in progress. Please call the Office of Religious Education at (860)355-5365. Even if there has been a gap in the religious education of your child, we will be able to catch them up and get them on schedule for sacrament years.

 

Confirmandi Interviews: If your Confirmation student did not schedule their interview, please call the office at (860)355-5365.

Our Children's Religious Education Program is for children in grades 1-10.  It is important for children to attend every year because each year builds on the previous ones.  If your child has missed a year(s), please call the Karen, Director of Religious Education, to arrange for catch-up catechesis.

Sacraments:  All Sacramental Preparation is within the Religious Education Program.  

First Reconciliation is celebrated in April of second grade

First Eucharist is celebrated the first Saturday in May of third grade

Confirmation is celebrate on even years for tenth and eleventh graders. This year's Confirmation Date is Saturday, October 22 at 11:00am 

 

Spirit Week

Spirit Week is a fun-filled week each July that is filled with Bible Stories, arts and crafts, music and outdoor play and fun. The day begins with a prayer and on the last day there is a Mass and family picnic. Our campers are children in grades K-6, and counselors are children entering grade 7-12. Registration begins in June
